The RMR-86 PRO has a little bit stronger of a formula making it work a little faster and in the right conditions can last a little longer on your shelf.
This product works on asphalt shingles but there are a couple things to keep in mind. You will need to remove any 3D mold off that surface before you spray our product so that it will get to the surface you want. We also recommend rinsing off this product after you are satisfied with the results because it is corrosive to metals and you won't want any prolonged exposure to your gutters and other metal fixtures. You should also heavily saturate any local plant life before and after application of our product to help flush that chemical out of the soil.
No, this product does not kill mold, it only removes the stains caused by mold and mildew. This is step one of our 2 step process, we recommend following up with the RMR-141 product to disinfect those mold and mildew spores.
